Future Faculty Programs
Future faculty and career development programs provide an opportunity to explore what a career in academic science would entail. Some programs are more exploratory and provide an oversight to academic careers, while others mimic the academic interview and prepare you for yours! They’re a great way to see if a career in academia is right for you, or extend your network as you prepare your application materials. These programs will often provide travel and lodging for their 2-3 day duration.
